[ARCHIVED] In an effort to decrease accidents, stop signs replacing yield signs

In an effort to increase safety and decrease the number of car accidents occurring at these locations, yield signs were replaced with stop signs at the following intersections: E. Chantry & 1st; E. Kenworthy & 1st; W. Chantry & 1st; and W. French & 1st.
