We have heard from several residents with very valid concerns about the flooding issue on Methodist Street with the other entrances being closed due to the Kirk Street project.  If the water on Methodist is too high to cross, Teriwine Street is temporarily open.  One of the barricades has been moved so 1 vehicle at a time can get through.  You will have to enter and exit from the west, driving through the Methodist Church parking lot to go around the Kirk Street barricades. We hope this will assist the residents in this area get to and from their homes.
