Fireworks are allowed in Perkins from July 3rd to July 5th during designated times.
Fireworks are allowed to be set off in Perkins city limits only during the following times:
July 3rd --- 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
July 4th --- 9:00 am to Midnight
July 5th --- 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Fireworks are prohibited within 300 ft of any school, church, public building,medical facility, service station, convenience store or commercial business. (Bottle Rockets are Prohibited.)
